Process

Our process.
 
Pictures in boxes We accept your pictures "as is", nothing required by you except to gather them up.  We'll even pick them up if you're within a reasonable distance. More about what you'll do.
   
Review of photos We organize them,  eliminating duplicates and unusable images.  This helps keep your cost down and provides you with a higher quality, higher impact collection. 
   
Scanning We scan them.  The prints, slides and negatives are all scanned at high resolution with our state-of-the-art equipment. 
   
photoshop We review and enhance each image.  This allows you to see your images as never before.  We fix color tones, crooked horizons, poor cropping, rips, and stains (within reason).  See examples of enhanced images.
   
We tag the images with information written on the pictures or albums.  (eg. Aunt Helen, 1956).  These tags will remain with the image forever.  More info on tagging.
   
final collection We create your collection with full-size originals, enhanced images, and smaller files for online use.  We then create the finished products you will receive.
